Dear friends, listening to this Angel Bonne’s “Buscandome” is a true pleasure !!
Sitting on the sofa, sipping a rum or chatting in a low voice in sweet company, an elegant music of great atmosphere will gently wrap you up in its warm and melodious voice and strokes of an unforgettable saxophone.
Truly, a remarkable album, enriched by a precious version of the famous “Un monton de estrellas” from the great and late lamented Polo Montanez.
Born in Santiago de Cuba in 1961, Angel Bonne features a very respectful résumé.
Graduated in the School of Arts (clarinet and saxophone), Angelito has worked with musicians and interpreters of the likes of Santiago Feliu, Beatriz Marquez, Sintesis, Chucho Valdes and Irakere, until he became part of Los Van Van and Juan Formell for quite a long time (as saxophonist, vocalist and arrange maker).
In the soloist career, Angel Bonne has been able to find his music life course, standing out as director, composer and interpreter.
“Buscandome” is his third album.
Very recommended !!
