Located in Calle Monserrate, this is the oldest restaurant of the Daiquiri Temple City in the world and one of the best restaurants specialized in seafood.   The renowned American writer Ernest Hemingway was a frequent guest of this restaurant where his sculpture pays tribute to the most famous client of all times. This restaurant was also the main performing venue for the prestigious Taicuba Trio.
